Comments: We understand the importance of pets in our residents’ lives and their role as beloved family members. We are dog friendly. We welcome domesticated dogs under 100 pounds with a $300 non-refundable pet deposit. Breed restrictions apply. Max of two pets per apartment. Additional pet deposit due for second pet. Pet rent is $25 monthly per pet. Cats are not allowed on the property. Licensed service animals, however, are welcome. We love our furry friends!
